I was struggling to find last-minute movers and didn’t realize U-Haul offered this service. I’m really grateful for the help I received. They responded to my request quickly and made the whole process much less stressful. The two movers were respectful, professional, and very accommodating, especially when it came to organizing things the way I preferred. I truly appreciated their help and would highly recommend their services.

There was one guy there who kept telling me to give him my stuff because I owed him a gift. He told me that we have to tip him. The boss said we have to tip him. He did not want to Let my husband leave and tell he got his tip and payment for the day when we paid through U-Haul and we were not supposed to give him the code until they were finished with the job. They wanted us to drive the truck back to Marietta and pay them immediately instead of them who rented the U-Haul truck to move it back. They were horrible. The owner kept telling us to pay him. Before the job was done, please do not use these people. They are horrible. It was a horrible experience through the whole thing I do not like being threatened for a tip.

I made reservations on 10-30-2025, This company NEVER reached out to me. I had to reach out to them to confirm my 2 days before my move. The day of my move I had to reach out them twice before I got a text message, stating, Hello will contact you shortly with eta. An hour later a text asking if movers had arrived. Another hour later the movers are delayed 39 minutes later a call indicating they’ll be there within the hour. 28 minutes. And later I received a text asking if I was opened to movers arriving the next day. I declined and then received a text he had one mover and looking for another. 45 minutes later one mover arrived and 15 afterwards the second mover arrived. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company at all.
