Your movers caused $250 in damages to door frames and walls. We have photos of the damage. They also broke a storage rack. There was a lot of wasted space on the truck. My son and I had to take off and rearrange the truck after the movers left. Poor and very inefficient, one guy was hiding on the side of the uhaul for the majority of the time.

They were 30 minutes late, They put my furniture on the grass and was left out on grass when delivered first load. When we arrived at new place the movers said they dont place things where I wanted them placed, they just dumped my box spring and mattress in the middle of room then last layed my bed frame against wall. Im 65 years old and if I was able to move my stuff I sure as he'll would not hired anyone. I then needed to pay more out to help me

I would not recommend using this company. The experience was very unprofessional from start to finish. They gave me a contact number for the crew, but the person I was told to contact didn’t even seem to know where his own movers were. I was given one arrival time, then it was changed to a later time, and they still showed up over an hour after that. When they finally arrived, it seemed like the company had hired people with little to no moving experience. They came without the proper equipment, showed no concern for safety, and handled my belongings carelessly. There was no professionalism in the way they lifted, loaded, or stored my personal items. The service was so disappointing that we decided not to continue and ended up finishing the move ourselves. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating available. I strongly recommend choosing another moving company if you want a reliable, professional, and stress-free experience.

The movers who were sent out had a hard time getting stuff in the house without hitting every wall. Entry stucco damaged, walls scratched, molding chipped and scratched. The owner text me saying he would have a handyman fix the damage but once they got the payment code he basically said good luck and you’re on your own.
