They sent me a photo of everything in the Ubox. Only 1 person arrived and said he cannot fit the chair in it. He ended up leaving our cat tower, my girlfriend's clothing, my girlfriend's aunt ashes, my bedframe, lamp, etc. He also left my backpacks and girlfriend's school bag on the ground and I had to tell him to put that in the Ubox. We had to go back out (over an hour) to retrieve the stuff we left. I have photos as well sent by him of things he could not fit. He could have slid an additional tote in but he did not know how to organize. We ended up missing our Greyhound because he showed up late and we had to catch another bus to come back

Chris and Carlos were life savers! They came at the last minute on a Sunday to help me after my scheduled movers on Saturday didn't bother to show up. They were very professional and courteous, and amazed me by being able to back the UBox into my steep driveway. Highly recommend!

JTERRIBLE Just Send It did not call me to give me time of service. Called on day to say 40min late. Showed up with no supplies and said I should have known...but I didnt, left twice to pick up supplies, packed 5 boxes in 4 hours, then left me with most of my items UNpacked...had to find a new company through eXitRealty. I was left without any help and a big mess by Just Send It. They have no shame and lack any work responsibility and possess absollutely no work ethic. Shameful. UHaul did not help me when I explained situation.TERRIBLE

Do not hire this company. Extremely disrespectful and misogynistic towards me. Seemed to slow roll loading the truck to force me to pay for another hour of time. Was continuously rude, disrespectful, and did not treat me like a customer. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Truly made the stressful process of moving unbearable. My partner and I both were extremely upset with our experience with Just Send It. I would not recommend hiring Chris Wilson anytime soon.

Great communication! The movers delivered my uboxes and made such a good use of the ubox space that they got everything I needed loaded and more. They took care of my things, wrapping and covering things as needed. They took the boxes right after loading so no waiting on pickup. All my things arrived safe and clean on the other side. I'm very happy with my service!
