The guys who moved our stuff were great! Efficient, careful, personable and had good ideas in how to fit things into the trailer. They did a great job and I tipped them directly The coordinator-scheduler-contact person needs to communicate, answer texts and messages. I almost cancelled them and find another company as I wasn’t at all sure that I could rely on someone being there as the communication was not good.

They claim to be movers,yet they don't own a truck, forcing them to get a uhaul truck that I would have to pay for. I asked to get it done on Sunday morning and they couldn't come until Monday, said they would be there at 7am, didn't end up coming until 8am, because they said that they went to the wrong U-Haul location. I would have hired someone else if I knew they weren't going to come until Monday. Day of nobody was answering their phone for 40min after no one showed up at agree time of 7am. Didn't disclose that they are movers without a truck and that you have to use your own vehicle & if truck is required then you will have to pay for the truck It's not included in the 2 hours I originally paid 270$ for, and still isn't included in the final total of $540. They sent 2 kids too help who talked more then they worked, took them 4hrs to load a 10x8 unit with 1 recliner, small couch just 2 miles down the road. Paid 540$ not including undisclosed rental truck fee and over a day late.
