Has to text them to find out they cancelled on me on the same day of my move. I booked them for 4 hours and they said they were too busy to make it. No accountability, immediately told me to contact UHAUL and that they couldn’t do anything.

Due to a mixup with my storage facility, I was not able to move in to my storage unit after the already had the truck. Amazingly, they were willing to come back today to help me finish the job after I secured a different storage unit.
