Communication could have been better. I receive texts from the other company I have used. Loading items in truck just wasnt the best for some items. Kitchen chairs had some items leaning on the legs.

The team from 5 Star Services were great. They got it all packed into our truck in a timely fashion. I thought we might not be able to get it all to fit, but they worked it out! I highly recommend them for loading in the South Texas area.

Victor and his colleague did an amazing job with our move! They helped with loading and unloading the entire truck very efficiently and handled everything with great care. They also helped with disassembling and assembling furniture, which made the moving process so much easier for us. Victor even drove our U-Haul truck professionally and safely. Both of them were hardworking, punctual, respectful, and went above and beyond throughout the move. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Thank for the crews help. Both gentlemen were polite and respectful. I apologize for the comments that were said by my husbands friends who had no business being present on my move. They were there to intimidate but these men handled the situation beyond professionals. Thank you!
