The movers were great! They worked quickly and carefully and were cheerful and polite the entire time even though weather conditions were less than perfect. Communication with the move itself could have been better. I was notified by text that they were postponing my move until the following day due to inclement weather. I wasn't aware of the text until they failed to show up at the scheduled time because i was busy packing. I called them to explain that postponing wasn't an option for me and they did end up coming and getting the job done well. In the future, I would recommend a phone call instead of a text if plans change to ensure the message is received.

I asked them to load my items In a certain way, and my requests were ignored. They loaded the U-Haul how they wanted to, and it does not look secure or professional. I had to continuously monitor them, there was a lot of standing around, they were not communicating or getting along well together Only at the end when it was time to leave, did they hurry up and get to work

This was two moves in one for us. We had stuff for a pod and stuff for the truck. These gentleman were fabulous. Great communication and very professional. I highly recommend them for any move big or small.

I estimated a total of 2 hours, the movers were fast and efficient. Completed my move in an hour and 15 mins! Super professional and polite; they even wrapped my dresser so the drawers rousing fall out! Super nice! I will definitely book with 716Movers again!!
