While I know we had some heavy pieces going into some challenging places, the guys seemed to be in a rush to unload our furniture. The console, which was challenging, sustained multiple scratches and dents. Moving thef piano, which is heavy, should probably have been rethought about moving across the floor, as the flooring was dented for about 5 feet from the wheels. The guys worked hard, no doubt, but probably should've slowed down a bit to take more care. We tipped them before they left.
