I had an outstanding experience with Mike and his team from A Step Above Moving, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, communication was clear and smooth. I knew exactly what to expect, they arrived right on time, and their friendly attitude put me immediately at ease. They helped me move items from a storage unit into a U-Haul, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about opening that storage door and seeing their reaction. It looked overwhelming to me. But these guys? Not even phased. No eye rolls. No hesitation. Just calm confidence. They assured me over and over that everything would fit, and they were absolutely right. What impressed me most was their skill. They took a quick look at the storage unit and the U-Haul and instantly knew how to arrange everything safely and efficiently. They handled all my personal belongings with genuine care, like it was their own family’s things. That kind of respect and professionalism is rare. Thank you!
