The 2 guys that came were very friendly, professional, and treated my furniture with care. The loading process took less than the booked 2 hours, and they were flexible and came to my second location to help unload. Some of my wooden furniture got a bit scratched during transport because the furniture pads must not have been secured well by the movers. But the convenience was definitely worth it!
