They were extremely slow and I had to pay extra to cover the time it took them plus help them out because they didn’t use the elevator and moving equipment effectively. Alex was constantly waiting around, often not doing anything or waiting to be told what to do like he’s never done a move. The last move I had was done in 4hrs total with drive time from Olympia to Seattle. This was a complete waste of money and I won’t be using these movers again. The only good thing they did was they were careful with glassware and didn’t ruin any items during the move.

Carlos and the rest of his crew went above and beyond while helping us move. He even brought his own dolly! While moving they were very respectful of our belongings. They were careful in the process and efficient with their time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their move. Would definitely book with them again. They helped make our move that much easier.
