This is the second time I used the services of America's Top Movers. As before, the movers were outstanding! They were professional, fast, careful, friendly, prompt, kind, and great at their job.

The movers that came to the home were supremely helpful and accommodating. I however was not impressed with Latasha I paid for 3 hours of help but we used a little over an hr. When I asked if I would still be charged for 3 she replied You pre-pay for your move. You would have to call Moving Help to get a refund if you wanted a refund back most likely you’re not gonna get it back though. I then called and as I’m on the phone she text again with this I was just letting you know that your move will not be canceled because its payment code has already been entered in. So basically it seems as if they were going to hold on to the code to enter after the 3hr mark until she was informed I was trying to correct. I had no issue paying for the min requirement but just seemed a tad shady.

Communication was great, received a call immediately after booking. Then 3 guys showed up smelling like marijuana. They worked well as long as direction was given at every step. One of the guys went though the house calling out for the others using very foul language in front of my wife and child. The were not gentle on the furniture though, scratched our nice dining room table because they dragged it into the truck. Would not hire them again due to that. I did tip them cash even though they caused more damage than the cost of their help.

Once we placed the order, they called within 5min. They let us know when they were enrolled. Also did exactly what we needed done. We would recommend them to others.

Excellent service. They did a great job moving my things and organized the truck much better than I would have. They were done with plenty of time to spare! Highly recommend!
