Hired 2 people for 2 hours to unload truck and place furniture into storage unit. The two people that arrived had zero supplies (dolly) to move heavy pieces. The two people went to the wrong location, never confirmed the client info or location and started helping another unit move for the first hour. After multiple text’s to Americas Top Movers I called Tasha an hour in asking for an ETA because I had to have the U-haul truck back when I learned the movers were at the wrong address. I only received an hour of labor and was charged for two hours. So glad my friends arrived to start unloading truck during the first hour when I thought the help was a no show.
