Used this company to move from the apartment to our new house since the other company we have used in the past weren’t available. Overall we were not pleased with this company. Positives - communication was good from owner, movers were punctual, job was completed. Movers were not equipped with proper supplies (moving blankets, shrink wrap, padded hand trucks, dollies). Luckily we rented some moving blankets with our truck and prepared some items beforehand. Movers did a fair job handling items but were careless most of the time. Movers did not work as a team on some items that would have required two people (parts of bed, other larger pieces) and resulted in improper handling causing abrasions to some of our pieces. Boxes labeled as fragile were handled carelessly and was witnessed by my wife and I. Texted the owner after the move about our experience and received no response. After this experience, we used our usual company to move out 3 large storage units and it was amazing!

Brandon and Garret were great. They showed up on time and immediately got to work moving our household items. They took great care moving them. Nothing was damaged. They hustled the whole time and were professional. I would hire them again.

Great professional guys. They were very careful with things and very respectful. My only complaint is that they wanted to use straps for everything and so they wound up taking an extra hour due to moving slowly
