DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! It was extremely difficult to even reach them to agree on a plan. The day before we moved, they called to demand changing schedule 'because U-Box's only forklift operator for that shift was just fired.' When we said we couldn't push it back so late, they offered to leave the U-boxes overnight and assume liability for any risk. We accepted their proposal based solely on that, but then they followed up by text to say jk the liability is all on you. When we said that wasn't what they agreed to, they said the contract with U-Box required that. When I called U-Box, it turns out they lied about both the forklift operator and the contract liability rules. When we called them out, they said if we had a problem we should find someone else to hire last minute. Eventually, they'd go back to the originally-agreed upon time, but actually they showed up 2 hours late. And they loaded the boxes VERY poorly and we had to leave a bunch o of our stuff on the street.

My movers arrived during a gigantic wind storm and they had to haul the contents of my three U-Haul pods up a steep driveway and they were cheerful and sweet the entire time! Professional, quick, great communication before the move which required multiple special arrangements. Couldn't be happier!
