They were nearly an hour late in arriving, but did communicate with us about it. They were quick and efficient but they just walked over our rug with their shoes even though I'd asked them not to, saying that was just part of the process.

The guys were very nice and I appreciated their help! They were inefficient and much slower than other moving companies I’ve worked with therefore were not able to finish the job. I had to do the remaining move on my own.
