First off lesson learned you get what you pay for. when the owner finally reached out to set my times up, I was advised that U-Haul Move does take part of their pay so tips are greatly appreciated. Probably not the best move to let me know tips Are appreciated. It is a service environment and should be common practice that you tip your Movers. It was communicated that they’d be arriving 45 minutes late fine. When they finally arrive, the owner of the company comes to the door, Introduces himself and reeks to the high heavens of weed. Not a good start to how you show up to a job cause yes technically I did hire you to do a job. They both moved at a snails pace, taking all of the three hours to move and load the truck, thankfully I was smart enough to have common sense and help get the truck loaded. Otherwise I probably still have been loading it today if you’re looking for cheap it’s the company to hire but like I said less than learned you get what you pay for.

There are no words to truly express how I feel about this company. I needed to clear the storage because my husband is disabled. We are both 62. The travel was from Rockwall to Fort Worth in evening traffic. The trip was long, but still gave me excellent service; they were in and out in no time flat. I truly counted my blessings for them that day. I don't know what I would have done; the price was fair, and the service was excellent, which is rare in this day and age. Usually, the price is high and the service is subpar. K and the crew are definitely my go-to when I need to move.

Helper wanted to leave after one and half hour where as I paid for 2 hours of service. He was very rude at the end of service and didn’t talk to me properly.
