The good news is that Caleb and his helper were accommodating, leaving early one day because we didn’t have everything packed, and then returning the next day to finish the job. But when I kindly requested that a 70lb metal pressure washer not be placed on top of a glass patio table, Caleb became agitated. He said he was going to leave early because ‘that’s not how I do business.’ He said ‘I don’t know how often you do this, but I know how to move things without damage.’ He said tables are made to bear weight upright, and will break if packed sideways. In transit the patio table legs folded under the weight stacked on it. The legs on our wonderful dining table sheared right off. They didn’t bother to use the mattress bags we provided, so our mattresses got covered in debris. They only used half our moving blankets, and our wooden bed frame got scuffed. Things were not stacked neatly, but simply thrown into the truck. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you want careful movers.

These guys were absolute machines. Unloading a heavily laden truck, full of boxes of books and other stuff, up a steep driveway that the truck couldn't go up. They were absolute professionals and did the job quickly and very efficiently. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.
