The guys worked very hard which I appreciate, thanked them & tipped them. However, there were several items that were dropped including a paper shredder which is now broken. One of the movers tried to shame me for the dropped shredder as it wasn't in a box. After loading up the first part of my trip, I was informed that one of the guys was leaving & someone else would be showing up. This new person was pleasant but seemed new & not very comfortable. This change felt unprofessional & seemed to negatively impact the other guys also.
