Isaiah and Sean were fantastic. Arrived ahead of scheduled time, jumped right in and got the job done quickly. Helpful polite and had a few laughs as well. Highly recommend them for help in moving and getting furniture in and out of your home. Great experience. Thank you guys.

I found the lead person I was working with, Isaiah, to be incredibly rude. I experienced him as condescending, belittling, patronizing and insulting. I felt certain were I a man he would have treated me with more respect. Nor would he have assumed I did not know how to disassemble furniture, how to drive the truck or how to use the app (mansplaining) His communication skills and abilities were terrible. He was unable to answer my questions. He actually asked me about how to load the truck. The move took longer than UHaul estimated. In the end, lots of my things are still at my old place, the truck was left full of some furniture, 25-30 boxes and 6 large bins all of which I moved myself. When Isaiah left he offered to come back after his next job and I asked him to call or text to see if I still needed help but I never heard from him. Sean, the other guy, was pleasant. I bought them lunch and neither said thank you.
