Very nice and polite workers but did seem a bit inexperienced. Showed up 20 mins late and didn't have any equipment to carry furniture out easily. They did finish the full job in the allotted 2 hours, which amazed me. It was a lot of very heavy items on 2nd floor and in basement. Overall they did what was required and were courteous and polite young workers.

Made a last minute booking for loading labour, the manager was courteous, he had a last minute hiccup but still managed to get some of his workers on an earlier slot. Communication was on throughout. One suggestion would be to also provide the workers with some trolleys and belts or something which could make it easier for them too. Overall great experience.
