Agreement was two men two hours. Got one guy but paid for two. Nice guy, good job but have item cover worth $80 damaged by dragging when two guys could have carried. Beware.

Movers arrived slightly late but no biggie. Sadly the older gentleman of the two seemed a little more lazy than the younger guy. However the younger guy overloaded one of the hand trucks I provided and stacked my belongings too high. When he got outside w my stuff the box fell and the glass items inside broke. Then they immediately wanted to leave at the two hour mark and dragged their feet in getting some of the work done leaving my stuff next to the elevator. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use someone else

This was a very disappointing experience. It started out fine and easy to book. The Company contacted me and I clearly explained the need and they confirmed. When they arrived, they didn’t have a clear understanding of the need, told me that even though we discussed what the 2 hour move would entail, I needed to read the fine print and there was an additional $75 charge. Two movers, one didn’t speak any English, and one spoke limited English. Communication was challenging. Then, they needed to move my dryer to make room around the corner and pulled the water line out. They attempted to fix this, but it required a plumber. I have called the Company for 2 days now to discuss the situation and the plumbing expense and no one has even returned my call.

Kevin and Jordan were rock stars. They were professional and courteous, and took the extra time to make things fit safely in our truck. They loaded all of our heavy furniture efficiently and unloaded it twice as fast, placing it where it needed to go. They were really incredible and we can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!
