Awesome job unloading our truck. They were careful, professional, and super helpful with some of the heavier items. I would strongly recommend them.

Two movers arrived ninety minutes late. They used a U haul utility trailer to move one box at a time. Took them ninety minutes to load the first box, which was packed with boxes neatly stacked in the garage. Took thirty minutes to get the next box. Two additional movers arrived at two thirty to help. At five thirty the crew chief knocked on the door and asked what items I wanted to leave behind, as the last box was full. I asked if he could get another, he said no, it’s too late. I could rent another one tomorrow and loadit myself, or I could hire them. I was forced to leave several pieces of furniture behind. I have to drive back in a few weeks to retrieve my expensive kayak, left with a neighbour. Though out the events, the crew chief seemed to care less, and said it was his first job, as the boss.

We hired 3 people to assist with our move and intended to keep them for the whole move but had them leave before even the two hours was up as it seemed to take all 3 to move each item, half of the time spent discussing how best to get it out the door before I would go over and fix whatever conundrum (usually just a question of how to tilt) right away.

This company was slow and wasted my 2 hour job so we had to finish the rest ourselves which was about a 1-3 of the stuff to be taken up to my apartment. They even had the nerve to tell me well we didn't take a break well no kidding you are being paid to work for a straight 2 hours.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst movers ever. Completely unprofessional—no proper documentation or insurance. Showed up 1.5 hours late and moved at a snail’s pace, barely working, constantly on their phones. They damaged expensive furniture and refused to provide insurance info to repair it. What should’ve taken 6–8 hours took over 12 due to their laziness. When they finally arrived at the new location at 9 PM, they refused to unload, wanted to leave the unlocked truck on the street overnight, and return the next day after another job—for extra $$$. When forced to finish the move, they dumped everything in the garage, refused to move items upstairs, didn’t set up shelving units, and wanted to leave the mattress on the floor without the frame. Furniture is ruined. Items were poorly stacked. Customer service was non-existent. This company only cares about money. Nightmare experience.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They showed up late...which they did let me know beforehand but after I had booked a Uhaul truck - they showed up almost 2 hours after I got the truck with only a 6 hour window. 1 person has knowledgeable and careful but the other needed to be guided through how to position certain furniture pieces through doorways, how to hold them, when to push etc. Items were dropped - 2 or 3. A couple of pieces slightly damaged.

Very friendly and did a great job they got right to work and didn’t stop until the job was done !!! Excellent work ethic and great people skills!!! 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend them and if I’m ever back in the area and need movers I will gladly look them back up for re hire !!!!
