DeMann movers are truly the best movers out there. They are fast, cautious, caring, timely, and effective. They truly go above and beyond for their clients and help their clients when they run into issues. I have never seen anyone pack a u-haul the way they do, it’s incredible to witness. I have hired them twice and will definitely hire them again.

Daniel is a true professional. He and his helper were courteous and competent, they were very efficient and did the complete work very quickly. Their experience with wrapping and loading the two pods showed and they both were extremely careful and professional. We would highly recommend DeMann movers to any party moving in the Pacific Northwest. They were extremely good at responding to our needs and always picked up quickly when we contacted them by phone. Movers were professional and organized. Provided their own equipment and took extra care when loading the moving van. They communicated well in regards to their plan of attack. I would definitely use them again in any future moves. A+

- Daniel Mathurin came to job high on something (jittery, loud, boisterous, incoherent). An hour into the work, he was the opposite; mellow, soft spoken, coherent, and easy to talk to. - Movers showed up almost 40 minutes late. - Daniel Mathurin brought a 3rd person and assumed payment without my authorization. - Daniel Mathurin overcharged me for the work (working with AMEX to get over $200 back). He never provided a receipt after requesting over 4 times. - One of the movers broke my set of Bowflex weights (requested reimbursement over $450 over 4 times to no avail). - 2 of the wall TV mounts were not removed due to their bending screws and making holes on the walls. I was able to remove them myself, even with bent screws. - Daniel's substance dependency and work ethics are beyond questionable. He is definitely a threat to women. The other that broke weights has a significant inability to speak clearly.

Very disappointed! I ordered packing services the day before the move, immediately DeMann asked if they could do it all on the same day and I said, no we want everything packed prior to moving day, so plans on moving day goes smooth. The day before they were supposed to come pack he canceled the packing day and said they would do it all on the same day as moving day. He gave his word they would finish everything on time and within 5 hours. I reminded him multiple times that we had a storage unit to stop at and load as well & they said that would not problem. Again promising everything would be done on time. Not only did they run an extra hour & charge us for it, they did NOT complete packing everything in the condo, we NEVER got to stop by the storage unit (which means we had to rent another U-Haul and have a second moving day) & made us LATE for our unloading team. All which would have been solved if they came the day before to pack, allowing proper time for us to fix any loose ends.
