The gentleman that helped were very nice, and once they arrived, they were dedicated to getting the job done. However, their communication was very poor. They supposedly called to confirm our move the day before but called at 9pm on Saturday, and when I didn’t answer they did not leave a message. When I texted the morning of the move to confirm that my husband was at the loading location 5 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, they informed me that they were not yet on route to us because I hadn’t contacted them earlier. However, when we spoke upon my booking their services the week before this requirement was not mentioned. As a result they were over an hour later than the agreed upon arrival time. While they did work diligently upon their arrival, I would not say this moving service is professional.

These guys were awesome! Super professional and easy to work with. They communicate when running late, which I appreciate. I did not have to lift anything and everything arrived in great condition. They also were fun to be around making the annoying task of moving a little bit better! I would absolutely use them again.
