I had a confirmed arrival time of 10 am. They arrived at 1.30 pm. They bright no tools, no straps, and were not aware the box would be traveling 1800 miles to our house in North Carolina. We went a purchased straps and borrowed tools and packing tape from the memory care center where the pick up occurred. My husband had to direct them how to properly strap the furniture in for the long ride. I suggest screening your mover partners, maybe provide training on loading, and require they carry tools, straps, and tape to every job. Overall the guys were polite and worked hard to get the furniture out and to the box. They paid respectful attention to my husband’s instructions on securing the cargo. They have potential but need some guidance. I tipped them in cash when the job was finished.

The movers rescheduled my move 4 times and they didn't come until a week later than I scheduled. They also did not pack the UBOX with the things I asked. They came at an unscheduled time so I couldn't be there to tell them how to pack properly so they left a lot of items. One of the guys were extremely lazy and me and my boyfriend had to help them repack the UBOX.

Worst help ever!!!!! Paid for 4 hours but they only worked 3 total!!! Over two days on top of that!!!!! I should have just cancelled them and hired different movers!!!! All they did was lie about arrival time, complain about what they were moving & couldn’t keep their pants up to save their life!!!! Guarantee I could have picked up some homeless people that would have worked harder than them!! I would give a 0 or negative if I could!!!! Never allow them to play with your time or money!!!! Worst moving experience I have EVER HAD!!!!!
