Set clear expectations early that everything might not fit into the truck, and advised that I pick a large-ish item to be optional. After everything was downstairs, it was determined half-way through that everything would fit. A few things were packed to tightly into the truck that during the drive, they were rubbing & knocking next to each other. The bookshelf has scratches & dents on it since it was sitting next to the metal leg stands of my desk.

Jamal and his partner from Elite Moving and Cleaning Service were awesome. I hired them through U-Haul to help us load up, and honestly, it was the best moving service I have ever had. They were super professional, polite, and took great care of all our stuff. Moving is usually a massive headache, but these guys just came in and worked incredibly hard without a single complaint. They didn't ask for anything extra or try to hit us with hidden fees. Just a couple of genuinely dedicated guys who did a fantastic job. I have nothing but praise for them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My move would never have happened if it were not for Jamal. U-Haul had a system failure which put everything behind. I only had this day to pack as I was leaving early the next morning. He moved heaven and earth to make sure my four crates were packed and ready for shipment. I cannot speak more highly of him. He takes his job seriously and will go to any length to make his customer satisfied. He is an outstanding employee!!
