Jack called me to confirm the reservation and discuss the move ahead of time so that we knew what to expect. He and his coworker were on time and had a appliance mover in case it was needed. We all worked together to put boxes and totes in the appropriate spaces. It was so nice that when they were finished, the stacks of boxes looked square and neatly organized.

Desmond and Shawn showed up on time, packed everything fast, and even finished earlier than expected. The only hiccup was moving my husband’s big toolbox, but they provided some alternatives and got it handled. Overall, smooth move- would use them again!

Eminent Movers were great. Their communication was spot on. They had a brief traffic delay (due to an accident that occurred on their route) and they kept me informed of their arrival time and explained why they would be slightly late on their arrival. Upon arrival, they were friendly, helpful, efficient and truly great to work with. Would hire them again, no question!
