The two gentlemen who helped us went above and beyond to communicate and help ensure everything went smoothly. They were very communicative, friendly, approachable, eager to help, and of course most importantly, fast working and capable. The two men who helped us from Emovingservice were very polite and patient while helping us move our things in and out of our U-Haul. I couldn't have done it without them; great service.

Arrived late (although they did communicate about being late) and still didn’t start moving things until 40 minutes after arrival. Broke and dropped multiple pieces of expensive antique furniture. My husband and I moved majority of heavier furniture (with my back injury) while they carried desk drawers and other light items trying to avoid all the heavier items. Packed poorly putting fragile furniture underneath heavy boxes. Didn’t know how to use a ratchet strap. Complained the entire day about how heavy things were. Unbelievably slow, they didn’t unload anything with us, as they said we could pay them in cash if they stayed, which we didn’t have nor want to pay for what little work they did. This left us by ourselves to unpack a 26’ U-Haul without help. There was no reason this job shouldn’t have been completed within the allotted time frame. The last time we hired movers they were fantastic and got the job quickly and efficiently in half the time - this was a terrible experience.
