English Connection

This is the second move we’ve used English Connection for and they are consistently excellent. Fantastic response time, communication throughout, and timely arrival. They knocked out our move in no time. I hope we’re done moving after this one but I will always use and refer Sean and his team.

English Connection offered good communication and showed up on time. However, the main issue was the pace. Two young men loaded our trailer in about 3.5 hours at the origin, but this crew appeared on track to take more than hours to unload it. The process moved so slowly that my wife, kids, and I stepped in to unload, and we ended up working noticeably faster than the hired crew. While the unloading process did present some additional challenges, they weren't significant enough to explain the large difference in efficiency. The owner was polite and professional, but the overall process was extremely slow compared to what I expected from a professional moving service.
