The loading team was great! Carlos and Rose are a great team they're super fast, friendly, and really professional. They organized everything so well and made the whole process easy. Definitely appreciate how smoothly they handled everything!

The movers eventually completed the work but were several hours late and communication was inconsistent. There were multiple issues reported before arrival, and while they did get the job done, the handling of items and packing quality were below expectations. Some items were dropped, and the tie-downs were not secure. The team also mentioned tipping and asked for a review. Overall, not a reliable experience.

Showed up 3 hours late reeking of Marijuana, kept taking breaks to smoke, didn't bring any of the blankets or tools needed to disassemble furniture as promised, instead of using the blankets I provided to protect the furniture, they packed them and then said the blankets were too packed to use, lost the keys to my u-haul twice, continuously said the n-word and when after all this i said that I didn't want them using a blanket from their truck that smelled like weed because I didn't want any trouble at the border checkpoint they started trying to accuse me of being prejudice against people who live on the border-- while packing up my home-- that i have on the border. Now I get to stress out about whether any of my furniture is broken or will get damaged in the move because they clearly did not know what they were doing.

First, i hired two movers. On the day of the move, I was text the movers had car troubles and would be late. Only 1 mover showed up 1.5 hour late. He did an awesome job. However, when I questioned how I was going to be refunded for the mover that did not show...it became very unprofessional. After about 20 minutes, the mover that showed up finally said , he would pay me out of his pocket. Totally unprofessional.
