I would have appreciated knowing about the fuel surcharge. Also I would have appreciated having the service start time communicated because we had issues at U-haul pick up our truck so that delayed us but the movers charged us for the time spent waiting

They dropped the whole box of my kitchen dishes and cups, and everything in the box are scattered. The movers were fast and nice enough and helpful. However, the damaged items are not reimbursed so I don’t like their customer service and company’s response to the claim. When I asked for the reimbursement from their insurance, the customer service team says I didn’t indicate that it is fragile? First of all, dropping the box is just not god for any items. And it was obviously wrapped with cushion clothes and in the kitchen box. Fragile items stickers or instruction were not provided in advance so I am not sure what kind of sign they wanted to see other than the ones I did. The customer service team never responded me for 1 week now. Poor customer service. I warn others just in case the damage during moving happens, and your precious items are failed to be covered.
