This move actually started on 11.01.25. That day was a disaster. Two movers arrived an hour late, they fought with each other, so the one with the car left after 45 minutes & almost nothing had been loaded. The second mover tried, but struggled on his own and then had a nasty allergic reaction to my daughter's cat & also left we paid for his uber. We called the company several times a but they were unable to send any help. They stated they booked different movers for the next day... nobody showed up that day, and the business phone was no longer in service when we called. We had to book and pay for two new movers, different company...also via UHaul website. So we didn't get moved on the day we were supposed to be out of the apartment, paid for two moves, and went through a ton of stress during this whole disaster! We filed a complaint with UHaul & Moving Help. Neither chose to do ANYTHING to rectify this. WARNING!! JUST DON'T! The movers on 2nd day were fine, just expensive.

Tyler helped me out getting us all set up. Then Melvin and Jon came and did a fantastic job. They were efficient, polite, and hard working. I highly recommend all the guys at Flex.

I strongly advise against hiring Flex's. They were nearly 5 hours late for my move and did not proactively reach out to me once. They are not professional movers; the guys were not able to back the U-box into my driveway, did not have a furniture dolly, I had to ask to have my bed built - they were going to leave it in pieces even though it was already evening. My move wasn't complete until after 9pm when I initially scheduled it for 9am. This was a nightmare experience.

Flex movers were great and professional. They were careful placing the boxes in our garage and furniture in our family room.
