Parker and Miguel were awesome. Anyone reading this I would recommend asking for them specifically. They were considerate of our property, knowledgeable of furniture assembly, and knew the best way of lifting and managing heavy loads. They were amazing.

I would have appreciated a bit more communication prior to the day our boxes arrived.

They were great! Early and often communication, they were able to move the delivery date up when the box arrived early, and were able to help us unload so we were fully set up in less than 30 mins! Parker and the team were great, I'd use them again if needed!

These guys were absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly, professional, and timely. They listened well and asked where I wanted everything to go specifically. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike at Merchants Moving & Storage communicated well in advance about scheduling the unloading and gave me a choice of days. Parker and Miguel, the unloading crew, called me in the morning and again 15 minutes before arriving in the afternoon. They were thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly despite having worked at a long job in the morning. I tipped both Parker and Miguel in cash.
