This team was amazing! They helped move some heavy furniture down from 3rd floor town home and made it look easy. Secured all items in my trailer perfectly and even took the time to make sure items were wrapped well for safe travel. Highly recommend this team and will for sure be contacting them again for future moves. Thank you so much!!!

The customer service for this company was poor. Hired for an unload. Movers damaged (and admitted to doing so) a piece of furniture. Spoke with the owner who said don't worry we will get you taken care of on the call with him prior to giving the Payment Code to the movers. Then that next day the owner refused to reimburse partial credit to help pay for a new piece of furniture or repair. His whole demeanor changed after receiving payment. I'd suggest using a company that cares a bit more about their customers and their belongings. Will never use this company again. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good2Go was great! They were professional, pleasant, and super efficient! They also had excellent communication as hours after making my reservation they contacted me requesting details of my move and confirmed our move date. On my move date they showed up ready to work and moved my things quickly and seemingly effortlessly! They arrived with equipment and muscles and finished the job sooner than I planned allowing me to get on with the rest of my day! I’ve hired movers before, and let’s just say I wish I would have known about Good2Go Movers back then! Thank you again to the two men that helped me get my U-haul loaded so I could get on with the rest of my life!!!
