I hired two movers but only one person arrived at the the job. I contacted the company owner twice, and he was unwilling to refund me. I would have appreciated a refund even if it was not for 50 percent, since the second person I paid for never showed up, but the owner was unwilling to do anything and never apologized. They kept my entire payment for two people. I didnt receive communication Until the day of the job and received calls from different people, explaining that they would be arriving late.

When the original unload help I contracted thru U Haul didn't show , didn't respond to texts or phone calls, Good Guy Movers came through! They took the job even though they had a full schedule for the day and were over an hour away. The help arrived in the evening , after dark. They were professional and unloaded the truck very quickly. Communication prior to arrival was excellent, keeping me informed of ETA. I was very grateful. I would highly recommend Good Guy Movers !
