Gramz Moving Choice

Don't use this service they are terrible they are slow and did not complete the job. The manager yelled at me and when I told him I was going to dispute the charge he told me he would give me 400 of his own money if the bank approved the claim. He also managed to complete the job without me giving him the pin I'm reporting him to Law enforcement it is fraud. Already speaking with a detective and the bank is giving me my money back. They didn't even due half of the job. Movinghelp in general is terrible uhaul will not support you if there is a problem with the service. They tell you to take it up with the provider.

Though it was a bit frustrating getting in contact with the actual movers because the dispatchers were my only POC, 2 movers that showed up to help me load moved efficiently and completed the 2 hour booking within an hour. At the end I did have to reorganize some of the packed items because I could tell they would be shifted in my cross-country transit and it would've also been nice if these movers came with supplies like carrying straps and a dolly. Overall though, they did what needed to be done and I'd definitely book with Gramz again!
