The movers were wonderful! Very supportive and helpful with directions for gettting the moving truck in the right spot for loading. Very friendly and easy going. They were enjoying themselves and had a positive attitude. My only feedback is they dropped items more than 5 times and our chest, table and entertainment center have chips of the wood damages but we aren’t fretting over it. Just may be a concern for others. They were very good at problem solving. We were clocking how well they managed the couch out the door and into the door of the other apartment. We absolutely recommend them and would use this company again. Thanks for getting us moved! We tipped movers in cash.

I hired movers through the U-Haul's Moving Help for over a dozen moves. This was the worst move I've ever had. Summary - - Oscar & Leonardo arrived late then stood around until the truck arrived (could have brought items outside). - Leonardo stayed in the truck to pack it while Oscar kept asking me and my friends to help carry items. Furniture was brought down poorly so every piece is now dinged and scraped. Items inside shifted enough to fall out of the drawers. - only one moving blanket used despite being asked to wrap all furniture. - I went over time & their manager was saying to book additional time on the U-Haul site but he couldn't tell me how to do that. - Had to pay for an extra hour through Zelle (the guys were brazen and asked for a tip which I gave them because I needed them to move heavy items - kind of felt blackmailed). - Significant language barrier not forewarned. This was highly inefficient and poor service. I'm overall disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Hired for loading and unloading. They never unloaded. Contact with the office only available by text. Requested a refund but never received it. After loading the man asked for a code. I gave it thinking another code would come after unloading. Apparently I was wrong. If you use them NEVER give code until end of job. Lesson learned. The worst was being reprimanded by text from the company and suggesting that they might come back IF we offer a tip. The beginning was great, the end wasn’t. Movinghelp.com customer service was no help. Apparently I can’t recover my loss but I can warn others that may be unfamiliar with the code process.
