Donald and his crew were lifesavers during our move. We had an unexpected delay with our boxes not being ready at the facility the morning of pick up. Fortunately, we were able to transfer the order to a new location that had the boxes available. Donald rearranged his schedule and picked up the boxes and moved us out late afternoon in the scorching heat up and down flights of stairs. All throughout the process he was accessible. I can’t say enough great things about Hands 2 Help.

I requested a moving window of 2-3 PM Eastern Time. Around 2 PM Eastern, I called to check on the status and was told the movers were still on track. When I called again at 3 PM Eastern, I received a rude response. I was told I had called too many times and that it was only 2 PM—apparently referring to Central Time. No one had ever mentioned the appointment was scheduled in Central Time. Upon contacting at 4-15 PM Eastern, the rep said they would contact the movers. About 10 minutes later, the movers called and said they were still 1 hour 50 minutes away. They finally arrived at 6-33 PM Eastern. The movers themselves were excellent—professional, efficient, and careful. Unfortunately, the poor communication, lack of clarity about the time zone, and the long delay disrupted our entire move-out plan. I highly recommend the moving crew, but not the company's scheduling or management.
