Communication was measurably lacking. Resulted in late arrival even with agent asking me confirm. Mover not supplied with any aids to help. Good thing I possess couple items he could use to help. Was not expecting mover to come right out and query regarding tip. Bottom line, would select alternate provider in future

The guys worked very hard but really struggled to handle the big TV with care. they were holding it where their hands were pressing on the screen. They also tossed a couple of fragile boxes (that were marked fragile) when they were sorting them inside the house. Literally threw one box a couple of feet and you could hear the clanging of the dishes even though the were packed with foam sheets between them, etc. Once we told them to please not throw the boxes marked fragile I didn't see them do that again. They continued to work hard without breaks. We tipped them all well with cash. 50 each.
