All items that exceed 250 pounds would be considered a specialty item and maybe an extra charge. All u boxes are a flat rate per box.

Despite providing a specific arrival window, the movers arrived two hours late, which nearly conflicted with my U-Haul reservation. Furthermore, the high rate was not reflected in the quality of service. I was disappointed by the lack of care shown; items were handled carelessly, and I frequently had to intervene to prevent damage. I ended up moving my high-value items myself to ensure their safety. Overall, I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
