The team was amazing and very helpful. Did everything we asked and had great communication. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Worst packing of a truck I've ever seen. 'I don't pack it like other guys' apparently means they will disregard the sanctity of everything you own. Nearly every antique I have inherited from my grandparents is damaged, broken, or almost destroyed. The were dismissive when I was trying to tour what needed to be moved, whenever I mentioned a piece was fragile, or contained antique china ('it's all china, eye roll'); they referred to everything as a piece of wood, dropped an antique dining chair then dismissed it as 'outdoor patio furniture' when I pressed because they did not volunteer that information even after I watched them drop it. Packing became chaotic at the end because of the lack of attention to the sum total of my household. I had to spend 8 hours crawling up the truck to correct the hazards I could see and fill holes. If we had been aware at the time that uhaul has slightly hidden tiers of movers which come with extra protections, we would have chosen otherwise.

Fantastic. We’ve moved a lot, and these guys were definitely among the best. Punctual and efficient with great communication.

Highly recommend. Messaged me prior to move to confirm and discuss. Showed up precisely on time and brought extra help. Did a great job moving items carefully and maneuvering upstairs, went above and beyond such as folding moving blankets, etc. Professional and friendly.

Doug and John were great. They arrived early and unloader the truck and trailer promptly, moved items to where we wanted them in the house, folded the furniture pads and were done on time. I will use them again.
