Scott and his helper with In&Out Movers were excellent in every way, except for an issue with payment. Long story short, I was overcharged $285, but some of this has to do with miscommunication with U-Haul, so I had to pay them directly on the return unpacking. I now have to submit a service provider dispute resolution to get my money back, or contact the movers directly. I had thought that an off-hand comment made by the U-Haul box scheduler was nothing to remember, but in retrospect, she apparently was informing me that something like this could happen. Still, In&Out Movers were professional, prompt, courteous, friendly, and communicated well. So, submitting a dispute will be very awkward. If you use Moving Help, please be informed that U-Haul does not directly work with the service provider moving company. I did not even know what Moving Help was until the 23rd hour as I did not book the box on this website. Re the Tip Helper below, I tipped the movers directly.

Moving went fine but they dropped an expensive king sized bed frame which broke the joints keeping it from folding in on itself, leaving the bed frame unusable . Unfortunately the owner has decided to ignore us after multiple attempts of trying to resolve this issue. Stay away from this 'company' it is likely they are not insured themselves which would explain the unwillingness to resolve this issue.
