I had prebook the service 2 days prior to moving date. I didn't receive an confirmation for a time slot until very late the night before moving, and was told that they didn't see my order until then.and they didn't have an available slot for the time of my truck pickup. After choosing one of the late time slot out of the 2 option given, On moving day I received a call to switch service time for an earlier time 3 hours before original planned time due to someone canceling there service, that call was 1hour before the helpers arrival. It took 2 hours for them to load the truck, after the truck was loaded the helpers had requested for the payment code and stated that they have another job to attend and left. NOW I had paid this company to load & unload, and only received load NOT unloading. I had to find 2 people and paid these people each, the same cost I paid this company to unload the truck. I would like some reimbursement from J.E.S as I did not received the full service I paid for.

The two young men were very polite and respectful, took instruction and guidance very well. They finished up a little over an hour. We had paid for two hours hopefully that tip can go to them.
