The two young men that helped us today were spectacular!!!! Please forgive me guys if I misspell your names but Neil and Damien were amazing humans! They spoke with absolute kindness and professionalism. They were positive and uplifting. They showed up ready to get the work done! Super gentle with our belongings and I would use their help if needed I it again without hesitation! Thank you guys!

The movers were kind, but this was by far the slowest moving company I have ever used. For comparison, my last movers unloaded my entire 2,200 sq. ft. house in about 3 hours. This company took 4 hours to move only an extremely small portion of my overall move, and there was still a significant amount left unfinished. I was repeatedly reassured that the job would be completed within the reserved time, but that did not happen. I even ended up helping move items myself because they were so far behind, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring movers in the first place. To make matters worse, furniture was damaged, and the fresh repaired stucco on my front door trim was also damaged. The crew was polite, but the service itself was unacceptably slow, inefficient, and not worth the money.
