As a first time moving to Kingston we were worried on what moving company to call. Kingston’s First Choice Movers are great and we will definitely work with them again! They unloaded the truck in record time and were incredibly comprehensive. They have great patience considering that English is not our first language. They do are fully book frequently so just email them ahead of time.

The booking process was straightforward, with clear pricing and no hidden fees. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They handled my furniture with care and were incredibly organized. I was impressed by how quickly they managed to pack and load everything, while still being mindful of my belongings.

The moving helpers reported at the delayed time, as communicated through a voicemail during the move. The delay was caused by a delay in loading the truck at the initial Richmond Hill end of our move. The KFC moving helpers unloaded and moved the furniture and goods very well. Fortunately they agreed to work an extra hour that was needed to complete all the move. Communication was good with the proprietor and the moving helpers were good. There was a difficulty with moving a large couch to the basement due to cramped space in the stairwell, but it was overcome with techniques. Unfortunately there was a tear made in the fabric of the couch and a scratch made on the painted surface of one wall. However, overall, I was very satisfied with all arrangements and would recommend them again strongly.
