Fantastic moving experience. Greg, the owner, contacted me several days before the move to confirm the date and time, and was very friendly and professional. Alain and his assistant arrived exactly on time and were finished just at the two-hour mark we had reserved. We had rented a 10' truck moving out a 1 bedroom; however, we had underestimated how much space we needed and were worried that we might not be able to fit everything in the truck. Alain assured us that they would be able to fit everything and did an incredible job packing up the truck with a bit of room to spare! Both movers worked incredibly hard moving from the third floor of a triple decker while handling everything very carefully. Everything went as seamlessly as it could have, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Would absolutely hire again. Thank you so much!

Alain and his crew were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we ended up needing more than the scheduled amount of time. Alain even called a couple extra guys to come help move things quicker, and fit us into their schedule the following day on short notice to finish the job. Our move took so long through absolutely no fault of theirs (we have too much stuff!) and we couldn’t have done it without them!

Our main contact, Greg, was super communicative right from the start of booking for truck loading only. He made sure to call for details of the move and adivided me on what equipment I would need for packing our Uhaul. Day-of they were on time and flexible with a delayed start time due to issues picking up our Uhaul. They all had great attitudes and were very friendly and efficient. We appreciated how careful they were with packing the truck and strapping everything in. Hiring movers can sometimes feel like a gamble, but I would easily hire Loyal Movers New England again.
