DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They rescheduled a full 24 hour later LAST MINUTE, rescheduled again, & arrived almost an hour after the agreed start time. They were EXTREMELY unhelpful, only willing to place boxes in or out of a truck, even though I had stated prior that some items were being donated, needing to be removed from the attic. They packed the truck poorly, missing an entire corner of the attic full of boxes & totes until the end so they could not be stacked, & preventing them from getting everything I needed in the truck, while also leaving a third of the attic full of items in open boxes and bags that they refused to move downstairs, claiming I would have to pay for a different service for that. They were unwilling to make more than one trip even though there was more than enough time. They forced me to give the payment code before they would unload, against uHaul's policy. Worked less than half their time for full pay. It felt very much like a scam, & ruined all my plans.
