We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Move and Groove in Boulder helping move my son out of a very chaotic apartment into a Penske truck. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and remarkably positive, even though we were not well prepared and had far more disorganization than expected. They quickly assessed the situation, helped us prioritize what to tackle first, and then just got to work, carefully packing, organizing, and loading the truck so everything fit safely and securely. They handled heavy items, awkward furniture, and general clutter with patience and good humor, and never once made us feel rushed or judged for the mess. What really stood out was how far above and beyond they went, problem-solving on the fly, offering helpful suggestions, and checking in to be sure we were comfortable with everything. This could have been a miserable day, but they turned it into a smooth, almost enjoyable experience.
