They are great communicating through text message about the time schedule. However, I requested a bed frame disassembled but they showed up confusing with the tools, I had to find my tool. A piece of my bed frame was broken also. The way they organized my stuffs in the truck was not optimal, still empty spaces between and I ended up having to throw some of my stuffs because they said it was full. Overall, they are very affordable so you got what you pay for. My stuffs aren't expensive, so it's fine to me. If you have expensive stuffs, maybe consider more professional crews.
