Showed up early. Not OK. I needed that time to finish packing. I had texted them on Sunday that I wanted the Ubox moved to my new apartment, not taken to back to U haul. . I also called U-Haul twice on Sunday to make sure. At moving time The mover said, no he was required to take it to the U-Haul facility. He He should have replied with that information in his reply to my text. someone at U-Haul who said yes that’s all OK. take the box it to new apartment. more back-and-forth. in the end, Movers said the store manager at U-Haul said he had to bring him back there. So he basically chose to ignore everything else. i lost my time standing around talking, calling. I needed to finish packing. He said the manager of the U-Haul store told him he had to bring it back there. I finally gave up and said take it to the damn U- haul. They left, behind several large items. I crammed what I could int my car. I had to leave behind and give away several items that I wanted to keep.
