Movemint Moving

I hired Movemint Movers expecting a level of care and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the move, they caused visible damage to my floors, leaving scratches and marks that were not there before. Even more frustrating, the item they were hired to move was mishandled and ended up broken. This completely defeats the purpose of hiring help in the first place—to protect both your home and your belongings. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability. There was little effort to acknowledge the damage or offer a reasonable solution. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds says a lot, and in this case, it fell far short of expectations. The moving help were rude and demanded the payment code even though they were aware of the damages. I would strongly recommend others think twice before using this service. The cost of repairs and replacement far outweighed any convenience they provided.

Taj and Miles were awesome, helpful, knowledgeable. I had the restack my truck that was already poorly packed. They did a great job and added straps to the load to help it not shift. They did good. I tipped them onsite.
